These workshops will help you to: -Recognise and manage triggers before they result in emotional eating behaviours. -Reconstruct unhelpful thinking styles that lead to emotional eating. -Create new habits around food whilst considering challenging environments, distractions, overwhelming emotions, and demanding family. - Develop healthy and realistic long-term habits. - Have a healthy relationship with food. *In case you should miss a workshop, they will be recorded and emailed to you once they are completed.
